OMERO er et robust open source-system til billeddatastyring, skr\u00e6ddersyet til biologisk forskning og sundhedsvidenskab. Systemet er designet til at h\u00e5ndtere store m\u00e6ngder mikroskopibilleder og deres tilh\u00f8rende metadata og giver forskere mulighed for at lagre, organisere, visualisere og analysere billeddata med pr\u00e6cision og lethed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gp-gutenbergpro-49b2d\"><strong>Hvad er OMERO?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gp-gutenbergpro-9cad1\">OMERO (Open Microscopy Environment Remote Objects) er en omfattende l\u00f8sning til styring af billeddata inden for biologi og sundhedsvidenskab. Uanset om du arbejder med digital patologi, cellebiologi eller andre billedintensive felter, giver OMERO et sikkert lager, der underst\u00f8tter dine forskningsarbejdsgange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"gp-gutenbergpro-e466e\">\u201dDe mikroskopiske billeder, som biologer og sundhedsvidenskabsfolk typisk arbejder med, har mange pixels og kan v\u00e6re ekstremt tunge. Med Omero p\u00e5 UCloud har man ikke blot mulighed for at gemme sine billeder p\u00e5 UCloud, men man kan ogs\u00e5 oprette lagringsgrupper og give forskellige tilladelser. Det er ekstremt nyttigt for store projekter, hvor PI\u2019en kan opdele billeder i mindre grupper eller projekter og se statistik over, hvordan hvert projekt skrider frem,\u201d siger Dr. Federica Lo Verso, computational scientist ved SDU eScience Center\u2019s forskningssupportteam.
